In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

This is a high voltage inverter, they are NOT held in stock, they are Buy-to-Order and are priced based on specific project requirements.  The price displayed is indicative only and you should contact your Account Manager for an accurate price. 

Stock is on a 12 week lead time from date of order, with minimum order of 2MW.

High Voltage Inverter requires a stepdown transformer from MV grid connections.
