In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

The new RAPID A Universal 45 ROOF HOOK

EcoA aluminium roof hook will cover a wide range of applications on tiled roofs in future.  It makes quick and flexible installation possible by hooking in and is fastened with just one Torx pan head screw. The assembly is simplified by an additional feature: First, only the screw-on plate is mounted on the rafters and the bracket is only snapped in afterwards. At the same time, it can be combined with all common Schletter profiles
