With over ten years of experience, we ensure that everything is available on time so that your projects can be implemented on schedule.

In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

Schletter Rapid 2+ Roof hooks

Please note the Rapid 2+ rail attachment might be attached to the roof hook using two different types of screws – torx or hexagonal. Please bear that in mind when choosing correct tools on site.

Both screws are equal in terms of quality and strength and exact type does not impact the installation of the roof hook or has an impact on any other aspect of the quality of the product.

Wood screws must be ordered separately!
