In the Segen customer portal, you have round-the-clock access to current prices and availability. You can see stock levels and delivery forecasts on every product page – for reliable planning. With over ten years of experience, we ensure that everything is available on time so that your projects can be implemented on schedule.

In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

You can collect your orders directly from our warehouse – regardless of whether they are individual items or a container load.

The US3000C is a 48V low voltage HESS solar battery system provided by Pylontech, developed with their own lithium iron phosphate cell to ensure the highest safety value and most promising life cycle. A self designed BMS protects the cell from abnormal temperature, current, voltage, SoC and SoH.

  • 95% Depth of Discharge (DoD).
  • Usable capacity 3374Wh.
  • Parallel capability of up to 16 units.
  • Intelligent BMS protecting battery cells.
  • 6000 Cycles.
  • RS485 and CAN compatible.
  • Comes with 7-year standard warranty which is extendable to 10-years upon registration.
  • Installation flexibility (Rack mount or Wall-mount).

You can register the Pylon US3000C for an additional 3 years of manufacturer warranty for free. Go to http://www.pylontech.com.cn/service/support and complete the information in the 'sign up battery' page. 

The US3000C can be used to expand an existing US3000 bank. Please note, the US3000C needs to be used as the master battery when used to expand an existing US3000 bank.

This product must be installed by a qualified electrician/technician. All installations must adhere to local wiring regulations and standards. SegenSolar will not be held liable for any product malfunctions as a result of incorrectly installed systems.
