In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

Pylontech Force H3X Inverter Module

The Force H3X-Hybrid is a modular HV inverter, designed to be paired with the Pylontech Force H3 5.12kWh HV battery module. Ideal for residential and small commericial energy storage applications. 

Pylontech Force H3X 4-in-1 solution: Battery + BMS + Inverter + EMS.

The Force H3X 4-in-1 solution includes an HV battery with a hybrid inverter module that incorporates both BMS and EMS. The HV battery consists of one or more Force H3 battery modules, which, together with te Force H3X inverter, allow for a wide range of storage sizes and capacities as a modular solution:

  • The modular design allows the 1-phase solution to be expanded up to 4 battery modules (20.5kWh).
  • The 1-phase hybrid inverters are available with 3.68 and 5.0kW AC power.
  • The DC coupling of the PV system, hybrid inverter, and storage system allows for efficient charging of the storage system.
  • The modular desing with plug connections allows for installation in a very short time.
  • IP55 for outdoor installation.
  • Max DC PV 9.6kW on 1ph and 24kW on 3ph
  • 95% DoD on FH10060 5.12kWh Battery module


Please note this product is only the Force H3X Hybrid Inverter for the all-in-one system. Please pair the inverter with the PYL-F-H3-BATT 5.12kWh modules.
