With over ten years of experience, we ensure that everything is available on time so that your projects can be implemented on schedule.

In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

RCT POWER MANAGER - THE INTELLIGENT ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The RCT Power Manager consists of the gateway, the web platform and the Power Manager app. The web platform also allows easy access to all configuration settings of the RCT Power Manager.

  • Controls connected loads depending on the availability of solar power.
  • Controls loads via the IP interface, cloud connection, IP relays with potential-free contacts or switching plugs.
  • Features load management for charging stations and monitors the house connection.
