In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

The Kostal Energy Meter - P (KEM-P) allows for easy connection of a battery storage system to a Kostal inverter from the PLENTICORE plus / PLENTICORE BI / PLENTICORE G3 series.The specific inverters with which the KEM P can be used for particular applications can be found in the Kostal document "Approved Energy Meters".

This makes it a cost-effective solution for combining a Kostal inverter and storage.
