In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

The Solar Manager system consists of the gateway and the online platform. By integrating compatible consumers (such as electric heating elements, wall boxes, etc.), these can be intelligently controlled with surplus PV energy in order to increase the proportion of self-consumption. The Solar Manager can also be used in the preliminary stage to show available PV energy and, if not yet available, to determine a suitable storage size.
