With over ten years of experience, we ensure that everything is available on time so that your projects can be implemented on schedule.

In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

New for summer 2025: The third generation of AIKO modules offers an even higher efficiency with a larger generation area and a higher nominal power than the Gen2 modules!

Precision overlap soldering has eliminated gaps between the cells. Combined with hidden busbars, the Gen3 modules not only have a beautiful, true black appearance but also a larger active surface.
