With over ten years of experience, we ensure that everything is available on time so that your projects can be implemented on schedule.

In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

Dyness Powerbrick Pro

PowerBrick pro is a low-voltage product designed for household energy storage scenarios. It has a high IP65 protection rating and supports indoor and outdoor installation. It uses a high capacity 280Ah battery to support 50 parallel units with a capacity range from 14.3kWh to 716.8kWh, easily satisfying home power needs.
