In the Segen customer portal, you have round-the-clock access to current prices and availability. You can see stock levels and delivery forecasts on every product page – for reliable planning. With over ten years of experience, we ensure that everything is available on time so that your projects can be implemented on schedule.

In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

The DH200F features an integrated multi-functional design that supports PV access, on-grid to off-grid switching, covering the whole scenario of photovoltaic, storage and diesel generator.

It supports a maximum of 12 machines in AC parallel and can be extended to 2.58 MWh.

Different version aspects: 

DH200F-S000L00 (no MPPT, no STS)
DH200F-S000L01 (no MPPT, with STS)
DH200F-S150L01 (with MPPT, with STS)

Model rules:

DH: Dyness high pressure series
200: Product battery capacity
F: Air cooling system
S: PV, the number after S is pv power, 000 means no PV configuration, 150 means access to 150kW PV
L: Off-grid, L followed by the number 00 is a on-grid version, 01 is on-and-off-grid version

Attention:     

  1. Dyness energy storage cabinets will be equipped with anti-backflow energy meters (default configuration is the ADL400-C model) However, for CT (current transformers), users are required to purchase them on their own.

  2. For the two types of meters, ADL400-C and DTSD1352, ADL400-C is the commonly used one. DTSD1352 is recommended for use in medium-voltage（＞6kV) grid connection scenarios.

  3. When using the ADL400-C current transformer, it is necessary to ensure that the secondary current is less than 5A. Please refer to this document for details.
