In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

The Renusol Cross-Rail Connector is used is pairs to attach perpendicular lengths of Renusol rail, or rail to TriSole frames. 

A pair of Cross-Rail Connector are attached either side of the upper rail. 

The upper rail should always be of 50mm x 37mm type because it has a small ridge along a third face to allow a connector to clamp on, whereas the 41 x 35 does not. Use any of the following rail partnos: (Silver) REN-500502, REN-500505 or (black) REN-400502-B, REN-400505-B.
