48V batteries
When it comes to low-voltage batteries, Pylontech sets high technological standards in PV storage applications. For example, the LiFePo4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells provide an exceptionally long cycle life, a high depth of discharge of 90%, and a charging/discharging capacity of 5 kW per module. The only difference between the available storage systems lies in their storage size and dimensions, making selection straightforward.

Easy retrofitting and safety
Each storage unit of the Pylontech batteries has its own BMS unit. This means an existing system can be easily expanded from 2.4 to 19.2 kWh. By separating the BMS units, each battery module has effective protection against negative influences such as deep and overcharging, short circuits or reverse polarity and offers constant monitoring of the individual cell voltages. A practical tip: Combine different storage sizes to scale your system quickly and efficiently.

TÜV certified
All Pylontech PV storage systems come TÜV SÜD certified under the CE UN38.3 standard. This certification confirms that the batteries meet strict safety requirements used for electric vehicles, stationary storage, and even marine or rail applications. Consequently, you benefit from particularly safe and reliable cell technology for your energy storage projects.
