In the Segen customer portal, you have round-the-clock access to current prices and availability. You can see stock levels and delivery forecasts on every product page – for reliable planning. With over ten years of experience, we ensure that everything is available on time so that your projects can be implemented on schedule.

In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

At Segen, you can benefit from attractive package offers with price advantages on inverters, batteries and accessories.

You can collect your orders directly from our warehouse – regardless of whether they are individual items or a container load.
