Tiger Neo N-type
Neo N-type technology provides a lower temperature coefficient and reduces light-induced degradation (LID). Due to the new technology of coating the silicon surface with phosphorus, it prevents boron-oxygen reaction from occurring. This change makes the Jinko module more weather-resistant. In addition to the N-type technology, Jinko is increasing the number of busbars. The Tiger Neo N-type modules have 16 busbars instead of 5. The individual busbars are thinner and round.
