With over ten years of experience, we ensure that everything is available on time so that your projects can be implemented on schedule.

In the Segen customer portal, you can find all important information at any time: from brochures and data sheets to installation instructions, stock levels, quotations and your invoices. Design tools and configurators are also available to you around the clock.

We also provide you with personal support: a dedicated sales contact, an order processing expert and a technical contact are on hand to answer all your questions – from the planning stage to after installation.

All Segen products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the relevant documentation and information for each item in the customer portal. You can often extend the warranty free of charge – simply by registering with the manufacturer.

You can collect your orders directly from our warehouse – regardless of whether they are individual items or a container load.

The PrimePower 109kWh 50kW NV from Ginlong Energy Storage is a powerful, scalable energy storage system designed for both grid-connected and off-grid applications. It integrates advanced 306Ah CATL LFP cells and a robust inverter to ensure reliable, efficient and safe energy storage. Standard: Aerosol, explosion relief valve, fire water inlet, smoke detectors, temperature detectors Optional (Pro-version): Combustible gas detector, explosion relief plate, audible and visual alarm SolisCloud: Intelligent remote control, AI optimisation and instant troubleshooting – all in one platform <10 ms switchover from grid-connected to off-grid for uninterrupted power supply or <20 ms with multiple inverters connected in parallel Flexible system expansion, up to 500 kW/6.5 MWh
